My name is Katja, I am 30 years old and was born in Switzerland. Horses have been my hobby for over 20 years. I learnt to ride horses as a child in English style. Later I did courses in western riding and also in horsemanship. In 2004 I decided to move to Spain because of the beautiful Andalusian horses and the secrets of the spanish countryside! Here I had the possibility to learn the typical Spanish "vaquero"-style. It's a very relaxed way of riding for the horses and the riders, one-handed with more emphasis on using your feet than the reins.
